I was lucky enough to enjoy the resorts, Canyon Breeze Restaurant.  That day a pasta lunch buffet was served.  Everything was uniquely prepared to be healthy and filling.  I was so impressed with the presentation, flavor and overall experience of this meal.  I will definitely be returning…..If only I had that chef in my house…..it would be SO EASY to eat well AND stay healthy!
